		<description>Hi Jeannine, in Ecuador a pilsner or lager beer is the most commonly used for cooking (and drinking), I haven't ever tried making seco de chivo with Guinness, it actually sounds very interesting, my only concern is that the flavor of the Guinness might be too overbearing for the goat. Let me know how it goes.</description>
