I am braising a sudado de pollo as I sit here using a variation of some of your seco recipes and hopefully it will be as good as your secos look in the pictures.  Thanks for sharing ...

Wish I could find the pan dulce recipe from many of the Cali bakeries ... I have hunted for the recipe for years but to no avail.  It is not the same as the pan dulce from Mexico.  Any ideas???</description>
