My first experience with tart dough did not turn out so successfully (dough never fully cooked and crust was soggy) so I was nervous. BUT--your recipe worked out fabulously! I even managed to make it look pretty too unlike my last attempt :) Thanks for a great-tasting, easy-to-work with recipe for tart dough!</description>
