		<description>I HAVE FOUND THAT YOU CAN MAKE THE PARSLEY SAUCE USING THE STEMS AS WELL AS THE LEAVES.  JUST CUT OFF THE ROOT ENDS, WASH WELL, SHAKE DRY AND PUT IT ALL IN THE BLENDER WITH THE OTHER INGREDIENTS.</description>
