		<description>Great photos!  I&#039;ve been to Ecuador a couple of times, and lived briefly in Quito, and these photos and recipes make me really want to go back.  I miss so many things... and I agree that those helados are delicious!  I once tried an helado de chocho, which struck me as a bit strange, but it was very tasty!  (It got bits of chocho stuck between my teeth though.)</description>
